I like to write or paint little notes with positive messages or inspirational quotes and leave it with a treat (hot cocoa, peppermints, etc) somewhere busy around town where I know it will be found within ten minutes. I left something special in my mailbox for the mailperson today as well. 🙂

Me and my family like to pay for dinner for those behind us in line in drive-thrus. We also donate to charities that are close to our hearts.

Donate food to food closets, donate toys to toy drives, purchase the meal for a person or couple dining next to us, paying for the bridge toll for the person behind us and give dog treats for the homeless person’s dog are a few ways our family performs random acts of kindness throughout the year.

Our family each year donates to children hospitals and then for Christmas we do toys for tots. It’s a great way showing my kids it’s worth giving back.

My son met a man who was homeless and struck up a friendship. The man was down on his luck so my son asked me if he could move in so he could help him out. We moved him in,got him a job and are taking him to work.
